“And the king said, What honor and dignity hath been done to Mordecai for this? Then said the king’s servants that ministered unto him, There is nothing done for him.”
— Esther 6:3
This morning carried a quiet assurance, the kind that settles gently into the heart during a slow, relaxing Sunday. A reminder about the God in whom we have entrusted our lives, and also our future. The assurance was clear: He hasn’t forgotten. No, not at all. Never has. Never will.
Sometimes heaven feels silent, and we begin to wonder whether our prayers dissolved into the air. Yet God is not forgetful. Every prayer whispered, every sacrifice made, every act of kindness shown to His children is carefully remembered.
You may have sowed into many lives through prayer, through support of whatever kind, through encouragement given when no one else noticed. The truth remains:
He will never forget. He will repay your kindness. He is God anyway.
But here is where the struggle lives. We desire instant answers. Instant miracles. Instant change. We want heaven to move at the speed of our expectation. And yet, what if that which He is preparing… haijaiva? What if it still needs time?

God is not late. He is thorough.
Mordecai did good to the King. He exposed what was plotted against him. He served faithfully and quietly. And then… nothing happened. No applause. No reward. No recognition. Life simply continued.
Until one night.
The king could not sleep.
Not because Mordecai demanded recognition. Not because Mordecai reminded anyone of his good deed. But because God arranged a moment when remembrance would carry the greatest impact. The records were opened. The forgotten act was discovered. And the question was asked: “What honor has been done?”
In God’s time, Mordecai was honored. Not at the time he wanted or desired. Nope. At the appointed moment.
There are blessings that arrive late only because they are being prepared to arrive right.
Sometimes delay is not denial. It is divine timing aligning people, seasons, and circumstances so that when honor comes, it cannot be mistaken for coincidence.
So rest today in this assurance: Heaven keeps records. God remembers seeds long after we forget where we planted them. What feels unseen is not ignored. What feels delayed is not abandoned.
The God you trusted with your life has not misplaced your story.
And when the right moment comes, when the “king cannot sleep,” when destiny turns its page, what was once unnoticed will be called forward.
Not rushed.
Not forced.
But perfectly timed.

Amen. Blessed week champions.

I am usually amazed how God uses King’s, highest authority to bless a commoner. And He denies them sleep until you a commoner is lifted. Ref Daniel..the King couldn’t sleep
