“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 (NIV)
USIJE KASAHAU…
There are people who have given their all so that you could stand…
There are Parents, Guardians, Siblings, Spouses, or just Angels sent by God who have stood by you for years on end — without complaining, without walking away, and always available when you needed them most.
Some prayed for you quietly when you didn’t even know you were in danger. Some sacrificed their comfort so you could have an education, an opportunity, a roof over your head. Others stood in the gap spiritually, carrying your name before God’s throne until you saw breakthrough.
The truth is — none of us gets to where we are alone. God, in His mercy, always places people in our lives to be pillars and lifelines. Sometimes we forget the tears they wiped away, the meals they skipped, the faith they had for us when we had none.
That’s why gratitude is not just good manners — it’s godly. Jesus Himself remembered and honored those who stood with Him (John 17:6–9). Paul wrote letter after letter, thanking the churches and individuals who labored alongside him (Romans 16).
So today, take a moment. Pray for them. Call them. Send a message. Whisper a thank-you to God for them.
Remember to be thankful. Remember to always appreciate all that was done.
To ALL who made my life… liveable (if there’s such a word)… I ask Jehovah, The Sovereign King to repay on my behalf
“I thank my God every time I remember you.” — Phil 1:3
