A Royal friend once told a close acquaintance after a painful fallout: “Don’t talk through the close.” It stayed with me—like a silent warning wrapped in grace. Sometimes, walking away in peace is wiser than forcing words into a finished chapter.
The whole night Jana, as we had to stay overnight at one of my Outfits, I kept thinking about the life of Pope Francis. May His soul Rest in Eternal Peace. Despite the reverence of his position, was he ever free from opposition? Leadership—even godly leadership—doesn’t shield one from criticism. I’ve seen quotes and memes floating around—some feel like tributes, others feel off. It makes you wonder: where is the line between honor and spectacle?
Still, be grateful. For the good in your life. For the people who sacrificed for you, who stood by you in silence and in storms.
Live at peace with all humankind. When God directs your spirit, follow—even if the path is uphill or unpopular.
You don’t have to be perfect (Lord knows I’m not), but you can be purposeful.
Let your life make meaning with the right people. Guard your space.
Let in only what builds you.
