John 14:2-3 (NIV)”My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.”

Nothing excites us like that unexpected pop-up notification: “You’ve received a deposit!” or “Your points have been redeemed!” — those digital alerts can lift our spirits in an instant.

But have you ever paused to think about the most glorious notification we will ever receive?

Jesus reminds us in John 14 that He has gone ahead to prepare a place for us. Imagine that — a place where there’s no pain, no lack, no debts. No Fuliza to pay back. No accounts in arrears.

Instead, our spiritual accounts are overflowing with God’s grace, mercy, and the reward of faithfulness.

In this life, we grind, we hustle, we push through challenges. But for the believer, this life is just a transaction — a brief stopover before the final destination.

And at the end of it, there’s a divine notification coming: “Well done, good and faithful servant… Enter into the joy of your Lord.” (Matthew 25:21)

So, don’t just get excited about the short-term alerts on your phone. Rejoice in the eternal pop-up waiting for you in glory — where joy is not borrowed, and peace is not a loan. Where every sacrifice made for Christ earns you redeemable, everlasting loyalty points.

Let your heart overflow today — not with the weight of earthly debts, but with the assurance that Heaven is real, prepared, and promised to those who walk with the Shepherd.
