YOU DONT HAVE TO LOOK ALIKE….

There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.” — 1 Corinthians 12:5–6

You don’t have to look alike.
You don’t have to sound alike.
You don’t have to walk the same path as everyone else.

We only need to serve one God, said a Lady Bishop at a Fest, yesterday ama ni Juzi…..

There are different paths to be followed. Some people’s journey seems shorter, straight, and smooth. For others, the road is long, winding, and at times unbearably heavy.

Yet, in all these things, the most important truth remains: when we give of ourselves to God, it is never in vain.

Your story doesn’t have to mirror mine. My struggles don’t have to mirror yours. But our faith has the same anchor—Christ Jesus.

Think of Abraham who left everything not knowing where God was leading him. His path was uncertain, but his obedience bore fruit. Think of Joseph whose road went through betrayal, prison, and pain before reaching the palace. His path was rocky, yet God’s hand never left him. Think of Paul—shipwrecked, beaten, imprisoned—yet he could say, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” (2 Timothy 4:7)

Whichever the path you are on—the bumpy, the rocky, or the smooth—be brave. Trust the One who walks with you. Your step of faith may not look like your neighbor’s, but heaven counts it all as worship when done unto God.

So today, don’t despise your journey. Don’t compare your walk with another’s. Instead, lean into God.

Keep serving, keep believing, keep surrendering. For in due season, you will reap, if you faint not (Galatians 6:9).
