Ever talked to someone and walked away feeling like the last 46 minutes of your life were completely wasted? Like your mind was just hijacked into a spiral of pessimism? Paul knew this truth when he urged believers in Philippi to fix their minds on things noble, pure, and praiseworthy. It was not just moral advice — it was spiritual preservation.

Instead, seek spaces that remind you of God’s faithfulness. Listen to voices that lift your eyes back to hope. Surround yourself with people who see possibilities even in pain — who talk not of defeat but of lessons, not of bitterness but of grace.
And when you find those voices — keep them close. For in a world so quick to complain, those who speak faith, gratitude, and encouragement are not just friends… they are life-givers.
