“Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.” — Hebrews 12:1b-2a (NIV)
Life is a race—not against others, but a personal journey toward God’s purpose for you. Along the way, distractions come: doubt, exhaustion, criticism, and fear. But the Word urges us—keep going.
Stay in the race. You may stumble, but don’t stop. God is not looking for perfection, but perseverance.
Choose yourself first. This isn’t selfish—it’s strategic. You can’t pour from an empty cup.
Do you remember the last time you gave yourself a tap on the back—like, “Well done, me!”—or are you out here running on fumes, akili inachemka lakini bado unaforce. Sometimes we forget that even Jesus rested. But here you are, looking like a WiFi router blinking red, still saying “I’m fine.”
Prioritize your mental, spiritual, and physical health. Jesus often withdrew to pray. So should you.Fan the flame. Stir up your gifts. Speak life to yourself. Remind your soul of God’s promises.
The fire in you may flicker, but never let it die.Speak to yourself. When negativity creeps in, don’t entertain it.
Declare truth: “I am chosen. I am called. I am enough in Christ.”You’re not alone.
God runs with you. So today, take a breath, lift your head, and keep going

Heheeheh ???????????? I normally tell myself Bero well done well done Bero
